Billing
How payment works
You are charged once per vehicle. Re-checking a rego you have already looked up in the same state does not use another check — you see the details saved from that check. Choosing Refresh fetches current details and uses one check.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Rego Notes never sees or stores your card details.
When a payment completes, the checks are credited to your account automatically — usually within a few seconds.
If a lookup returns no vehicle, that check is refunded to your balance straight away. You are only charged for lookups that return data.
